Committees

• The Southern California Chapter of the California Association for the Education of Young Children is comprised of a Board of Directors and various committees.   Both the board and its committees serve SCC-CAAEYC members.   The board keeps the nuts and bolts of the organization moving forward, taking care to follow all rules and regulations, and the committees organize and support a variety of services for members and others who work with children and their families.

  Committee involvement offers an opportunity for SCC-CAAEYC members to share their talents and ideas and have “voice” in what is planned at the ground level.   Committee members carefully consider every detail of what this organization can provide to members.

  Thanks to the hard-working and dedicated committee members, SCC-CAAEYC features an array of professional growth opportunities and provides information and support that helps members in their daily work with children.
